Ecole du Vin de Bordeaux

Located at the heart of the Festival, the Bordeaux Wine School is always one of Bordeaux Fête le Vin’s most popular attractions!

Original, entertaining activities offer novices, wine enthusiasts, or the simply curious, a delightful voyage into the heart of Bordeaux’s vineyards! Terroirs, grape varieties, anecdotes, appellations, blending: everything will become clear! No longer confuse your Merlot with your Cabernet Sauvignon, learn how to pair wine and food, and to describe the sensations of tasting.

Among the numerous new features: The 30th birthday of the Ecole du vin de Bordeaux, the inspiring Wines and its aromas workshop

River Festival Liverpool

Part of River Festival Liverpool 2019, an exciting programme of maritime entertainment will take place along the waterfront at the same time. Inspired by the city’s maritime history as an iconic Port with historic and contemporary trading routes, the three day festival will celebrate the Port of Liverpool as an arrival and departure base for world class culture, music, food, wine and art.
